Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%.

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting ( practice..

Responsibilities:.

+ Particpate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics.

+ Work with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management.

+ Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts.

+ Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides.

+ Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.

Qualifications:.

+ Three years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; preferred two years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm.

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred.

+ Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space.

+ Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy.

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

+ Travel as necessary.
