If you’re as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Tax Talent to join our Tax organization.Responsibilities:* Support the Tax Talent Strategy team with overall team management activities, including note taking and action tracking, maintaining team dashboards and status reports and follow-up for all milestones, risks and issues* Manage the ongoing enhancement, management, troubleshooting and daily administration of the Tax talent technology, tools and systems (including feedback: GPS, rotation database etc.)* Support for Tax Talent strategic pillar projects and initiatives, contributing to project deliverables* Recurring and ad hoc reporting and data analysis, including but not limited to monthly reports and Exit Survey/Turnover data* Preparation of high-quality strategic team materials, including Tax talent collateral and resources (e.g. recruitment brochures, portal, SharePoint etc), communications, presentations and various reports for leaders and stakeholdersQualifications:* Minimum three years of recent experience in Human Resources or a Tax client facing role involving project management, technology administration and logistics management* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university preferred* Demonstrates basic understanding of existing Tax Talent and/or firm-wide HR and general knowledge of the Tax practice and BPG structure, including business priorities and challenges of its people* Demonstrated success communicating effectively and articulate key messages with impact, including delivering high quality written, verbal and visual communications* Fundamental project management knowledge (e.g. milestone and timeline planning; scope management; risks, issues and dependency management; status reporting), with the interest in developing a deeper skillset* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to utilize analytical and reporting skills and exhibit the ability to manage technology platformsColorado Salary Statement:The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role.
