KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: * Support development and delivery of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to information advantage.  
* Translate advanced business analytics problems into technical approaches and solutions that yield actionable recommendations for deployment within the information domain (including social and digital media, advertising platforms, search engines, and other communication fora). 
* Lead and support the development of communication plans and strategies, including theories of change and monitoring and evaluation plans.  
* Conduct information environment analysis, including target audience analysis and impact assessment.  
* Produce technical analysis in support of information advantage objectives, including social network analysis, sentiment analysis, statistical analysis, narrative resonance, identification of coordinated or inauthentic activity, and forecasting.   
* Develop content for and design client-ready deliverables including bespoke analytic reports, PowerPoint decks, and other data visualizations.
* Responsible for providing guidance to clients with up to C-level client interactions 
* Develop and maintain client relationships
* Assist with business development activities such as proposal development and other pursuit activities
Qualifications: * A minimum of three years of relevant work experience related to program or business analysis consulting; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Data Analytics, Information Sciences or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred; Data Science certifications a plus
* Demonstrated experience with information environment analysis, including target audience analysis, cognitive targeting, communication planning, and impact assessment.
* Operational experience in information operations, marketing and advertising, strategic communication, or countering disinformation. 
* Strong understanding of social, digital and traditional media; Internet usage trends and search engine optimization; social network analysis, sentiment analysis, and narrative resonance. Data visualization, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, modeling, and forecasting capabilities preferred. Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or public opinion polling a plus.  
* Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization 
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S.citizenship
