We are a real estate litigation law firm looking for a senior attorney. The ideal candidate will manage litigated cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients handling discovery, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, conducting mediations, negotiating settlements and handling trials. The position offers significant client contact and independent case handling.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of litigation, written discovery, depositions, mediations, motions and trials.
- Maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Active California State Bar license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Deposition, Law and Motion and Mediation experience
- Trial experience is preferred
