What you will be doing:.
The Senior Business Analyst supports the implementation of various applications along with the integration of those systems.
Performs modifications to existing applications that will effectively accomplish desired objectives.
Provides advanced level expertise on assignments/ projects.
Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate complex operational requirement into application functionality.
Meets deadlines and ensures continued growth toward assignment completion.
Shares experience with other members of team.
Independently manages a portfolio of medium to large scale and complexity work projects.
Performs and monitors the resolution of maintenance or improvement issues assigned by the CSHS EIS..
Assists with the analysis and documentation of clinical and/or business systems..
Provides application support to functional applications..
Coordinates and implements the interface and/or conversion phase of an application installation process; provides support in troubleshooting and resolving interface issues..
Evaluates innovative solutions with primary and third-party healthcare vendors..
Provides leadership in review and status meetings with clients and vendors..

Experience Requirements:.
Five (5) + years’ experience of healthcare information systems..
Advanced technical and functional knowledge of assigned information systems..
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects..
Excellent computer skills including Windows, Exchange/Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project..
Educational Requirements:.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
(preferred).
