Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience using statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modeling to analyze information and develop practical solutions to business problems. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience performing strategic analysis and financial modeling for digital sales and operational performance; supporting the business planning process including budgets, forecasts, business updates, and strategic short and long-term business views; structuring the analysis of internal and external data to monitor the effectiveness of ongoing development and merchandising to recommend program improvements; performing competitive market and industry research to provide relevant insights and actionable recommendations to support business strategy; recommending business improvements including new product and feature offerings based on analysis of business performance and industry trends; and identifying business planning reporting requirements and driving the development of dynamic business intelligence tools.
