Security Officer

As a Security Officer, Lobby Attendant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the residents, visitors, and vendors of the community. You should know all site-specific policies and procedures, and implement emergency response activities as appropriate, while providing superior customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, vendors and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner. 
  • Assist guest with inquiries in connection with the building services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
  • Provide concierge services
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Address resident and guest concerns and questions
  • Complete Daily Activity Report
  • Receive and distribute resident parcels

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Maintain the highest appearance standards (both personal and uniform) at all times to properly reflect the property.
  • Expected to communicate in English language both verbal and written with a high degree of clarity.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
