SRO Housing Security Guards patrol properties on foot and by vehicle to protect tenants and employees and thwart vandalism, theft and other crime.
Warn violators of rule infractions; Assess and evaluate situations; Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
This position requires working in the downtown Los Angeles Skid Row community.
Candidates must have an Active CA Guard Cards.
Job Requirements:
Requirements: High School diploma or Equivalent; Active CA Guard Card; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately; Ability to operate a radio, telephone and monitors; Effective oral and written communication skills; Valid CA Driver License.
