General Statement of Job: The Security Specialist assigned to as the Fusion Specialist will act as a concierge for the client’s guests and employees at the flight operations hanger. The Fusion Specialist is responsible for access control, alarm monitoring and response, communicating with Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), emergency response, and escalation of critical issues. The Fusion Specialist reports to the Operations Manager. In this role, you will: Monitor access control and activity on the site to ensure a safe and secure environment Provide escort services to the client VIPs, employees, contractors and vendors as required Maintain daily administrative documentation to include daily pass downs to the client Investigate and promptly report any safety conditions that might endanger people, property, or flight operations and complete incident reports as appropriate Operate in a professional, business-centered environment where customer service, confidentiality, and integrity are held to a high standard Assist EMS or other officials during emergency situations Perform other related duties as required The ideal candidate will: High school diploma or equivalent Two to five years’ experience in security with focus on concierge services and transportation security Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software, including word processing, data analysis, Lenel, Salesforce Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team when needed, sometimes with little or no notice The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of this job.
