Salary: $17 per hour plus benefits

Job description

Bell Personnel report directly to the Operations Supervisor and shall follow all instructions given by the Manager Assistant and General Manager.

Bell Personnel are the first point of contact for people entering the lobby and as such, must at all times have a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone when addressing people who approach the entry door.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Represent Action Property Management and Evo by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk and Kiosk in a welcoming and professional manner.
Monitor lobby, amenities, and main entrances activity and maintain access control; when necessary, coordinate on-site personnel to address residents; and guests’ needs.
Conduct Hourly Patrols
Complete Daily Activity Report
Receive and distribute resident parcels
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Address residents and guest concerns and questions
Cover the Front Desk during lunch and breaks
Demonstrate strong withstanding of the association’s governing documents
Document reports of nuisance, and non-compliances issues to Management per the post instructions.

Submit incident reports when necessary and in a timely manner
Understand and implement Emergency Procedures when required; understand and coordinate appropriate communications with residents and emergency personnel in the event of a fire alarm, fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other emergency events.
Follow all “Post Instructions” and adhere to the Association’s Governing Documents, CC&Rs, and the Rules and Regulations of the Association; be familiar with, and adhere to, all association policies, emergency procedures, and evacuation procedures.
Perform other related tasks & duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
At least 6 months of customer service experience.

Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is highly desired.
