Seamstesses measure, size and assign uniforms to employees. Perform repairs and alternations. Perform Wardrobe Attendant duties as required.
Responsibilities:
* Perform Wardrobe Attendant duties as required.
* Measure employees for uniforms, for the fit line, measurement & sewing
* Determining sizes for uniform fit
* Assign uniforms, including completing cards and data entry
* Affix garment RFID tags by either heat seal or sewing
* Perform alterations as necessary including but not limited to hemming, sewing, and replacing/adding zippers and buttons
* Repair garments as needed
* Input definition, classification, and RFID code to garment for inventory records
* Responsible for making the final decision in removing an item from inventory, subject to Management’s approval
* Operate computer system and perform data entry as required to perform tasks
* Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
* Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years older
* Must have 1 year of working experience in the customer services industry
* Previous working experience as a Seamstress required
