SCRUM MASTER POSITION REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 1+ year of experience as an Agile Coach Experience transforming Teams from waterfall to Agile in large/complex organizations Experience working with data-centric Teams and knowledge around supporting technologies Experience working with collaboration and project management tools (MS Teams and AzureDevOps preferred)
Soft Skills:
Must be passionate about coaching others and driving change Must be confident and direct while practicing “Servant-style leadership” Must be able to communicate with all types of people Must be able to maintain steady nerves and a clear head when facing challenging obstacles
Plus Skills:
Experience with/ exposure to AI/ML technologies Experience in an Azure environment
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, additional experience would be considered CSM or similar Scrum/Agile certification highly preferred
SCRUM MASTER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
This Scrum Master will join a full stack Data Science Team, utilizing AI and Machine Learning technologies, focused on company-wide capabilities with use cases spread across many verticals including Customer Services, Engineering, etc.
The Team is made up of a Product Owner, Data Scientists and Engineers and they are looking for a Scrum Master and Agile Coach to be embedded within their Team This Scrum Master will be responsible for establishing and training the Team on best practices, while coaching them on the new processes The Scrum Master will interface with the Product Owner and will be responsible for setting up Agile Ceremonies, grooming product backlogs, protecting Teams while filtering out excess noise, removing roadblocks, planning sprints
