BRON Digital, is a state-of-the-art virtual production and service company, that utilizes the Unreal Engine to develop and produce long-form animation for series television, short-form content, and motion pictures.
This division leverages BRONs extensive experience producing traditional CGI animation to apply and adapt the best practices of linear animation pipelines and marry those with Unreal Engine centered, virtual production workflows.
The move allows BRON to broaden and expand its production and produce high quality content with much faster turnarounds.
We are seeking a Script Coordinator to join our third project!
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
* Track and record department workflows and status of script and line change notes, monitor these against the schedule and notify production of any variations.
* Take writing notes in any creative meetings and organize them into one tracking list per episode for pickups and ADR and distribute them to the teams.
* Work with BRON management on smooth operation of writing materials.
* Prepare scripts for recording sessions; provide a cast list and line counts.
* Conform scripts at each stage of production.
* Track pick-up lines throughout all stages of writing and production.
* Additional duties as deemed necessary by Show Runner, Producer, Production Manager or Story Supervisor.
* Attend and take notes at brainstorm meetings.
* Communicate to Production Manager episode specific casting needs.
* Preparing materials for the voice records, setting up character sides, distribution of music and lyric sheets.
* Script breakdown; maintaining character and line count documents.
* Coordinate and set any meetings pertaining to writing requests.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of previous experience as a script coordinator or writers assistant
* Experience in maintaining tracking documents (Google sheets and Excel)
* Good understanding of schedules and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Organized and detail orientated
* Comfortable in working with tight deadlines
* Proficiency on Microsoft Office and Final Draft required
* Previous TV industry experience a must
* Experience in using Scenechronize is a plus
