Looking for very experienced school shadow for 12-year-old boy with autism in small private school, 7th grade. Start ASAP working in home leading to school position. Deep knowledge/training working with autistic profiles and developing programs. Prior successful experience as school shadow. Executive function, tantrums, rigidity, limited expressive speech, focus, redirection, bathroom/eating habits. Self-starter able to handle case on own without supervision. No insurance dealings; just work with our son. Collaborate with family, teachers & admin to manage behavioral/academic progress. Great job for someone looking to leave or work outside of agency environment. Last person worked full-time with our son for 6+ years, including summers, and became an integral part of our family.
