Through these platforms, we aim to deliver tailored recommendations and resources, ranging from assessments to extracurricular activities, fostering holistic student development. Who We’re Seeking: Are you a graduate of an accredited college or university with a background in school counseling, mental health counseling, child psychology, or related fields? Do you share our passion for empowering students and families throughout their educational journey? If so, we’re looking for individuals like you to potentially contribute to our nationwide growth and impact. Key Qualities: You advocate for education programs designed around the unique needs of each child. You acknowledge the invaluable role of schools, communities, and faith organizations in nurturing children’s development. Collaboration and transparent communication with families, guardians, and stakeholders are central to your approach. You’re intrigued by the prospect of flexible work arrangements and the potential to carve your path as an education entrepreneur. Above all, you’re driven by the desire to equip students and families with personalized tools and support for success. About the Role: In this contract-based position, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise as a Advisor. Collaborating with students, families, and educational stakeholders, you’ll provide invaluable guidance based on your accumulated life experience and professional background. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rates ranging from $50.00 to $65.00, commensurate with experience. Flexible work hours, allowing you to balance professional commitments with personal priorities. Requirements: A master’s degree in a relevant field (required). Minimum of 5 years of experience in K-12 education (required). Proficiency in a second language (required).
