Work you’ll do

As a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead, you will use your knowledge and technical expertise to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

Lead the technical workstream to deliver the highest quality results for your client
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Serve as a bridge between the client and the technical team to translate complex needs into technical understanding
Utilize your understanding of the system to advise your clients on boundaries and provide potential solutions to meet their needs
Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

Qualifications

Required:

4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations
Strong technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, and the ability to translate functional design into technical configurations
Demonstrable experience working on cloud interface and integration, CPI, and infrastructure
Experience leading workstreams within larger projects, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to travel up to 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $231,000

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
