Our aim is to transform the One Movement program through end to end engagement with customers across the LOB cloud and core portfolio.
In this role you will identify what the current customerbased size and use data used to plan and monitor the progress of the One Movement programs.
Review and report on business performance, identify and address gap areas.
Support business, forecasting and reporting cadences.
Assess KPI related topics, processes andtools working with ID& A and GPO teams on performance management, including forecasting, and pipeline analytics.
You will also work across One Movement, RISE and GPO teams to create, streamline, or improve data insight processes, tools, reporting and the adoption.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Sourcing, validation, and analysis of KPI’s, performance metrics and other metrics across One Movement programs, preparation of presentations and performance reporting for Executive Board and Rise and One Movement Leadership.
Applying effective oversight andgovernance and generating high-quality reporting on a regular basis.
Connecting to different business cadences and requirements Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and insights Continuously identify and work with stakeholders on new metrics and KPIs.
Assess how to measure, define, collect, and report data.
Understanding both the input and the impact of each.
This will be in conjunction with other teams within One Movement Joint ProgramOffice Understand the One Movement programs, and RISE business in terms of forecasting and operational processes and look to further enhance these processes Be a change agent, drive the right behaviors, building structures and pointing out opportunities for higher business success and identifying gaps in performance Identify areas, processes, tools within One Movement & RISE that could be considered for border adoption and program strategy Collaboration across teams on tools and reporting such as scorecards, gamification, and other reporting methodologies to drive performance success Build a trusted relationship with your stakeholders and enable a one-team approach for greater transparency and impact, expanding process standards to other teams when of benefit Coordination and cooperation with management as well as with the controlling, during Quarter and Year End closing activities and reporting Assist with Sales Budgeting processes and look to further simplify and streamline with controlling Assess, adopt, and share best practises across global, regional and market unit teams to accelerate profitable performanceEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor’s degree in business science or equivalent working experience Career: 1-3 years work experience in Customer support, Operations and/or technical support role Fluent in Written and Verbal English Effective communication skills – Verbal & Written Virtual Collaboration platform experience and Microsoft Office proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word Understanding of SAP systems including Harmony, SAC, EAS and other reporting systems Well versed of PowerBI tool Experiences with CRM or sales operations technology can be a benefit Other languages of benefit (German, Spanish, Portuguese)WE ARE SAPSAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
