The Work :
- Experience in design, build, test and deployment of SAP Commissions (Callidus Commissions) and incentive compensations management business process solutions
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Accenture incentive compensation management offerings powered by SAP (Callidus)
- Proficient in data integration, configuration, and reporting functions
- Experience working with other incentive compensation management technologies such as Varicent, Xactly, or other similar technologies.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust as key advisors
- Make the business case for the SAP Commissions (Callidus Commissions) technology solution recommended to the client
- Ability to extend the architecture with customizations, extensions and plug-ins
