– there’s plenty of natural light, open space with a co-working vibe, an in-building gym, calming yoga and meditation studio and an indoor tree spanning 3 floors.OVERVIEW The Sample coordinator is a critical cross-functional team member, ensuring all meetings, photoshoots and assets best represent Alo’s excellence.
In this role you will be the Sample Expert.
The Sample Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing samples for the digital and marketing team.
In this role, you will work closely with members of the Web Production, Creative, Marketing, Production and Merchandising teams to ensure that their samples are tracked, received and distributed for all drop milestones.
RESPONSIBILITIES Organize and manage all samples across multiple seasons, up to 8 seasons at one time (men’s, women’s, accessories) Manage sample handover from product development to Creative Services team.
Set-up and own samples management tracking system.
Receive and track samples for creative and marketing teams in excel Coordinate with technical design team and merchandising team to borrow proto or fit samples when necessary Facilitate samples being borrowed between internal departments with a check
– out, check-in system.
Coordinate dates to ensure samples are available for key meetings and shoots in advance of meeting date Responsible for documenting approved outfits and style notes Pull, organize and pack samples in shot list order for all ecom, digital marketing, social and campaign photoshoots Own weekly samples reporting Clear communication where samples are at all times Provide hanging assistance during style outs Be a product expert!
