Location Los Angeles, CA Description Tittle Security Specialist Length 12 months Location Playa Vista, CA Position Description As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security, and resilience are integrated into every facet of Client including the creative process. You will help us continually coordinate, evaluate, and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders and operations the information needed to make critical decisions. Youaposll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective sharing of information in order to inform operational and business decisions. Top 4 Daily Responsibilities -Triage security related issues using strong customer service skills and inform decisions to support efficient security operations in both a static and dynamic environment – Coordinate internal relationships and stakeholders to ensure the safety and security of personnel and business operations – Assist in the development of more efficient and effective GSRS processes and procedures – Assist in weekly administrative tasks to support the larger ETM team including, but not limited to, preparation and presentation of slide decks support of weekly data pulls and analysis and owning responsibility for updating various databases and internal documentation SkillExperienceEducation Mandatory -Bacheloraposs degree or equivalent experience – 5 years of related experience working in a security operations center, emergency service control room, or similar command centercall center environment – Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills – Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment Desired – Professional experience working security or incident risk management – Professional or academic experience that required an ability to think critically, analyze information, and summarize findings in writing – Experience supporting decision-makers with intelligence about emerging threats, potential issues of concern, or imminent crisis – Experience using technology to track threatsrisks or escalate items of potential concern in a corporate, military, government, or academic environment – Experience in open source intelligence (OSINT) and social media research Skill Matrix Skill Name Level (1-5, 5 being the highest) Years Mandatory(YesNo) Description 1 2 3 4 5 Security Operations 2 4-5 Years Yes Thanks Regards Iti Mittal, Recruiter Executive , The Judge Group 151 S.
