Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage contract negotiations and administration within an academic or research setting. Ensure the integrity of data entry processes. Develop and review contracts, ensuring compliance with university policies and legal requirements. Manage a demanding workload, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Maintain and enhance relationships with university departments and external entities. Analyze complex issues to develop feasible solutions and strategies. Operate independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Required Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of direct experience in contract management or a related research setting. Proven ability to draft, review, and manage contracts across various environments. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize urgent assignments. Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional relationships. Critical thinking skills necessary for complex problem-solving. Proficiency in standard office software for word processing, email, etc. Education: Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate Degree.
