Position Summary:
This is an exempt, entry-level position that supports the service, production, and administrative departments by handling account changes and generating paperwork required for production, delivery, and billing of products. This position reports to the Area Administrative Manager.
Job Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review route paperwork
· Enter account changes including new items, inventory changes, route/day adjustments, and price changes
· Generate daily business report
· Process routes to close one day and create another
· Generate and send reports weekly
· Maintain tax exemption certificates
· Maintain handheld device inventory and quality
· Route Profitability
· Service renewals
· Answer phones/take customer orders when required.
· Assist rest of department staff with their duties as assigned.
· Work closely with the Service Dept. and Production Dept. to achieve common goals.
· All other tasks as assigned or determined to help the Area be successful.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· Administrative proficiency and efficiency
· Special attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Education, Training, and Experience:
· Excellent computer skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Scheduling, and audit tracking
· Minimum of two years of related office experience
· Experience working with mid and upper level management
· Experience working with internal/external customers.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including computers, phones, copiers, fax machines, and printers.
Physical Demands:
This is an active role: some filing and lifting is required. An ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, stand, and sit for extended periods every day is required.
