As an RN Case Manager, you will deliver customized one-on-one care for each patient developed in concert with the patient’s physician.

You will have the relative autonomy and authority to utilize your extensive experience, training, and critical problem-solving skills.

You will also develop plans of daily care to address the complexities of patient needs, applying the latest evidence-based nursing interventions, skills, and techniques.

Qualifications: Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operationOne (1) year experience as a RN Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical roleHas sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of work hoursMust be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.Ability to travel to all business locations
