Responsibilities

Your friends say you have the best nursing job. And yes, helping bring new babies into the world is a life-changing event not just for your patients and their families, but for you, too. Each time you help a new mother bond with her child or a new father cradle the head just so, you can’t help but smile. Your calm demeanor during labor, your expertise during complications, and your ability to juggle multiple tasks on a busy day all come into play. Today’s patient is expecting triplets, and you’re ready.

Your job is a daily reminder of how important family and personal time are in life. And at heart, Dignity Health celebrates those times of wellness and happiness by offering all employees a Total Rewards program that encourages balance. Your Total Rewards benefits helps you lead a balanced life, where your health, finances, continuing education and growth are all cared for. So your schedule is very flexible. Your coworkers are hard working, diverse and supportive.  And you feel looked after, at work and at home.
