We are currently hiring FULL-TIME SALARIED RNs to do visits in all areas of Los Angeles including Inglewood, Compton, Santa Monica, Culver City, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Downtown, The San Fernando Valley
Home Health RNs visit patients in their homes and are responsible for assessing physical and
psychosocial status, administration of treatments, and the provision of instruction related to the
patient’s condition that ensures the safety and promotes self-care. The Registered Nurse acts in
conjunction with physicians and other Agency staff to develop individualized Plans of Care,
assists in coordinating care with other members of the home health care team and makes referrals
to appropriate community resources.

Qualifications
- A graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing.
- One year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute inpatient facility within the last three years or one year of home health experience within the last three years is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable motor
- vehicle.
- Current CPR certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of OASIS documentation is required
- Knowledge of Devero a plus but not required
