RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a Los Angeles, CA based client in need of a remote Risk Analyst.
Summary:
Under limited supervision, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through formal education and work experience to perform advisory and challenge functions regarding the TPRM program to the business units (first line). The Risk Analyst will validate that business units (first line) are executing the TPRM program requirements effectively. The Risk Analyst performs various risk analysis to monitor and ensure compliance with established TPRM requirements across all business segments. As a Risk Analyst, you design, prepare and distribute risk reports. You will perform various training materials and delivers training to first line business units to ensure compliance with established exposure limits and overall adherence to TPRM program requirements. You will work independently on difficult assignments that are both broad in scope and complex in nature.
Responsibilities of the Risk Analyst:
- General concepts of third-party risk management
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases
- Conduct research to assess probability and severity of risk
- Analyze, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Risk Analyst interprets, analyzes and applies information
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, procedures, and techniques
- As a Risk Analyst, you will develop strong working relationships with business partners
- Attend to detail while maintaining a big picture orientation
- Provide high level customer service
- Comply with established standards and procedures
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant business experience in financial services or any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience approved by Human Resources
- 3-6 years of experience
- Basic control testing background
- Data analysis skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and creativity skills
