I guarantee you have never seen plastic like this.ResponsibilitiesRevolution Company, is now hiring for a Extrusion Operator position for its evening shift in Vernon, CA.
This role will be responsible for the efficient set-up and operation of extrusion lines in order to safely produce high-quality film in accordance with the job safety analysis, production schedule, set-up instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications.
The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.* Understand and follow all job safety procedures/policies.* Safely and efficiently set-up and operate extrusion lines to produce a high-quality film.* Ensure all materials are readily available and being used in accordance with procedures.* Effectively and continuously monitor extruders and all equipment to produce quality film throughout the shift.* Ensure proper labeling of film.* Assist team members and maintenance personnel.* Complete daily production reporting.* Distinguish between a mechanical problem and an operator error, then perform troubleshooting and take corrective measures.* Maintain a safe and clean workspace.* Operate extrusion lines per operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize scrap.* Understand film specs per bag.Qualifications* 5 years experience in blown film extrusion.* Ability to follow all Health and Safety regulations.* Ability to complete basic math.* Skill with a computer and assigned software.* Ability to speak and write English and Spanish.Revolution welcomes diversity and is an EEO Employer Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran and other protected categories are always encouraged to apply.#extrusionoperator #dayshift #extrusion #operations #operator #machineoperator #machinery #manufacturing #plastics #packaging #machinePM20PI131643895
