Merrill Gardens, a privately-owned family company with a proud history of success is currently hiring a Resident Experience Partner (REP) at MERRILL GARDENS AT WEST COVINA, CA. The ‘REP’ position allows a Team Member to receive Training in more than one dept., & to work in more than one dept. as needed.

Example: The REP could work as a Receptionist in the morning, and as an Activity Dept. Asst. in the afternoon, or help out in Housekeeping or Dining. This position will require some regular weekend work shifts.

If you are someone with:

  • High school diploma or GED, preferred
  • One to two years of customer service or hospitality experience, preferred
  • Food Handler s Permit a plus
  • Flexibility with schedule and are available to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
