The individual we are seeking will have a desire to learn various roles beyond the core Reprographics function as part of an office support team in a professional financial services environment. Candidates should have a strong customer services background and be able to work independently as needed. The core role of the Reprographics Operator is to support various services of the account which include, but are not limited to reprographics, binding services, mail services, conference room and facilities services.Flexibility is very important for this key position as overtime may be needed from time to time. Once trained, this role will provide services during the following shift.RRD is currently offering a $2,000 Sign On Bonus!!Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00PM – 12:00AM & Sunday 1:00PM – 9:00PMResponsibilities:* Accurately log and track all job requests in a workflow tool* Communicate, in a timely manner, the status of job requests with clients* Create, modify, assemble and bind documents, and prepare reports* Perform general clerical duties in connection with Reprographics department needs* Quality checks all work products to ensure accuracy and completion of all client specifications* Arrange for delivery of printed materials, per client instructions, using overnight and local courier services* Perform key ops procedures on office reprographics equipment* Troubleshoot problems with reprographics equipment and place service calls as needed* Ensure confidential integrity of workspace and projects in progress* Work special projects as designated by the client and/or site management* Maintain inventory of office supplies needed for Reprographics work, i.e. paper, toner, etc.* Communicate consistently with site management on projects or equipment-related matters.* Function as evening contact for issues related to client space security* Coordinates facilities work orders and vendor escorts, as needed* Perform other duties as needed, including coverage for other business service functions at the siteRequired Skills* Strong computer literacy and the ability to work in a team environment* Ability to quickly learn proprietary system* Excellent written and verbal communication* Desire to learn multiple job functions* Ability to handle confidential information* Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for periods of time while workingRequired Experience* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint* 1-2 years corporate reprographics experienceAt RRD, our people make a difference every day – in production, working with customers, or behind the scenes in a support role.
