Job Details QualificationsA minimum of 2+ years of audit experience at a top accounting firm.
Of which, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a financial due diligence or a similar transaction advisory type roleBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance and/or related fieldsCPA (or equivalent) preferredHigh proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including experience working with and reconciling trial balances, experience aggregating and distilling large data sets in Excel, and experience with pivot tables, lookup formulas, index/match formulas, etc.Ability to write Macros is a big plusPossess up-to-date knowledge of technical principles, theory and practice, and an ability to apply these appropriately in the context of a transaction, and specifically as it relates to the Quality of Earnings analysis and Net Working Capital considerationsExceptional analytical and communication (written and oral) skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful insightsExperience communicating with clients and investment bankers on a broad range of topics, including key findings, areas of concern and/or any red flagsExperience collaborating internally and working with other departments within the overall advisory practice (e.g.
tax, valuation, post-transaction synergies, etc.)Experience with documenting and maintaining meeting notes, tracking follow-ups, and any open items.
Experience with working on multiple engagements, and ability to prioritize and/or adjust priorities to accommodate and adopt to changes, as necessaryAbility to deliver high quality work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Interested in hearing more?
