We are looking for Remote Loan Processor for top mortgage firms in the country.

Job Responsibilites:
Reviews residential and conventional
– FHA, VA, Jumbo loan application files to verify that application data is complete Prepares necessary documents and submits mortgage loan application files for Underwriting approval.
Closing between 25-35 loans per month Managing a pipeline of at least 50 loans Follows up on all outstanding orders to third parties and borrowers within established company deadlines.
Produces loan documents, reports, and new accounts in a timely fashion, with zero unresolved errors.
Accurately prepares file for processing and/or processes loan files within established branch timelines Prepares file for closing and submits to Closer.
Mails approval and denial letters to applicants.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum one year of Mortgage Processing experience
MS Office Proficient
