A mortgage lender and financer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Closing Training File Reviewer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Review trainee files (Initial CDs, Final CDs, Funding, Closing Assistants) Provide feedback along with screen shots to direct the trainee Update Trainee folder with reviews
Position Requirements Include:
High School diploma or equivalency degree Solid knowledge of Closing and TRID 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service – HR preferred Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service best practices Basic knowledge of training processes & procedures, industry trends, standards & best practices & employment laws & regulations Basic knowledge and understanding of current business acumen
