Responsibilities:
- Scale paid search budget from $30k/month to $1M+/month in the credit card acquisition vertical (which is highly competitive)
- Build and manage a small team of media buyers across multiple paid media channels with a strong focus on search
- Will lead our expansion into display, native, and social marketing
- Manage budget for performance marketing function including ROI evaluation
- Understand, improve, and maintain Clyde’s tracking analytics system
- Using 1st and 3rd party data to improve acquisition results and customer understanding
- Test, measure, and implement iterative improvements to the existing Clyde website to improve conversion rates
- Influence the direction of our platform with your own ideas
Requirements:
- Demonstrated mastery of search engine marketing (typically this will require 5+ years of experience)
- STEM / analytical background
- Experience with iterative, test-driven marketing
- Experience with marketing technology products such as leadpages, amplitude, google data studio, etc.
- Seek out fast-paced startup feature roadmaps
- Self-managed and able to work closely with engineers and product managers
