* This person will work from home and visit Nutrition Clubs in Chicago, IL area *The Role:The Regional Ambassador, North America, position will be required to make independent decisions using critical thinking skills to support department objectives in the field.
They will accomplish this by providing mentorship and support to Herbalife Independent Distributors through Nutrition Club visits and trainings.
This position will work closely with Distributors, at all levels, with the primary objective of educating/training them on Herbalife rules and assisting in bringing issues identified to correction.
They will do this by visiting Nutrition Clubs (NC), forming relationships, training at events (corporate and independent) and working with the Distributor through final corrections.
The Regional Ambassador will lead one on one and group meetings with Distributor Leadership to present their regional statistics with the goal of identifying non-compliant trends within their organization and schedule tailored trainings.
This individual will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for improvements and releases, including providing recommendations based on field experience.
This position coordinates and conduct visits with Independent Compliance Auditors.This person will work from home and be out visiting NCs, Monday through Friday and occasionally nights, and weekends to attend and/or conduct various trainings.
It will also require travel at least 50% and drive 80% of the time in order to support regional events, trainings and meetings.How you would contribute:* Train Distributors on FTC requirements* Coordinate and conduct visits with Independent Compliance Auditors and provide detailed visit summaries to be sent to executives* Support any other project related to receipting or FTC requirements* Perform proactive and complaint visits in person and virtually to commercial Nutrition Clubs, Distributor offices and/or fit Clubs to train, mentor and correct issues identified based on Herbalife NC Rules.* MPC lead at corporate and independent Distributor events and meetings (i.e.
Success Training Seminars, Leadership Development Trainings, Extravaganzas, monthly President’s Team and TAB meetings, distribution centers, etc.) to promote company initiatives, share regional statistics, and answer questions.* Ensure event coordinator and speakers are following Herbalife Nutrition guidelines and regulatory requirements.
If not, educate and correct issue on the spot.* Conduct trainings (stage, group and one on one) to educate Distributors on Herbalife Nutrition rules and initiatives.* Meet with government officials and investors to share the Nutrition Club concept including tours.* Communicate and meet regularly with the Regional Sales Manager/Specialist in the area to share local trends/issues with the goal of crafting alignment within MPC & Sales initiatives.* Review and understand defects during UAT and translate them into impactful items.* Conduct investigative research derived from Field complaints, including fact-finding and information analysis, and accurately relate details to expedite case file resolution.* Conduct field visit training during onboarding process.* Conduct covert purchases to identify Distributors who are not in compliance with Herbalife Nutrition rules.* Support the Secret Shopper program through validation and audit of the vendor reports.* Coordinate and host Nutrition Club employee tours.Skills and background required to be successful:* High School Degree* 4 years customer service skills* Experience in public speaking to large groups (training)* Excellent interpersonal skills* Must be flexible to adapt to business needs* Must have their own reliable car with up-to-date driver’s license and auto insurance* Bilingual
– must be fluent in Spanish and have strong speaking and writing skills* Ability to work independently with minimal direction and with a standout colleague disposition* Strong customer orientation-ability to problem tackle and gain trust across multiple functions* Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic to work in the field and on the road* Must be tactful and be able to deal with Herbalife Nutrition Distributors at all levels professionally* An ability to gain a basic working knowledge of and familiarity with the Rules of Conduct, Business Marketing Plan, regulatory requirements and intellectual property rights* Problem-solving skills with ability to accurately detail and summarize information* Detail-oriented and able to prioritize time to work consistently to achieve established goals* Professional communication skills (written and oral); communicate well with Distributors management, and cross-functional departments* Ability to prioritize projects and adapt to change quickly while working in a fast pace environment* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Ability to interact well at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity and handle different personalities* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and growing environment and quickly tackle dynamic challengesPerks/Benefits:* Health & Wellness important to you?
