Records Associate

IST Management is a BPO Company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services.

Schedule: Monday-Friday normal business hours.

No nights or weekends!

Hourly Compensation: $16.00

Responsibilities:
Perform clerical functions in the records department.

Scanning mail,documents and transcripts.
Organize and manage all records and documents in an orderly manner.
Retrieve necessary appropriate records and reports from the records room.
Back-up for Receptionist
Customer Service
Handling Microsoft and Computer functions.
Equipment handling
Office Services Support
Take direction from supervisor or site manager
Participate in cross-training
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation
Attention to detail
Adhere to all safety procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
– College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
Customer service related experience preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer’s attendance policy
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to lift 50lbs
Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
