Real Estate Staff Attorney

Sheppard Mullins Los Angeles office seeks an experienced real estate attorney.

The ideal candidate will have no less than 8 years of real estate finance and/or real estate transaction experience.

The ability to work with other team members and clients, and “take ownership” of projects, is essential.

Top academic credentials and outstanding writing skills are required.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.

We are interested in candidates who have solid experience and expertise in some or all of the following real estate areas:

Real Estate Secured Loans

Purchase and Sale Transactions

Leasing Transactions

Analyzing Title Reports and Surveys

Construction Contracts and Matters
