Real Estate Secretary

Law firm located in Century City is seeking a Real Estate Legal Secretary to provide administrative support for real estate attorneys and other team members in Real Estate Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: prepare , edit and proofread a wide variety of documents; manage the busy calendars and schedules of the attorneys; and maintain a calendar of important client deadlines. Undergraduate degree preferred and at least one year experience as a legal secretary in the real estate department of a law firm. Knowledgeable about real estate transactions and real estate documents is a must.
