We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced mid-level associate (J.D.
class 2016-2018) to join our Real Estate Industry group.
Candidate must have substantial experience in complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of various real estate asset classes, including, office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality and leisure properties.
Experience with hotel management agreements and hotel franchise agreements is desired, but not required.
This position is open to candidates who desire to work remotely from Portland, OR, San Diego, CA, and Seattle, WA.
Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
