Candidate will work directly for the lead principal and assist with both personal and professional tasks.

The position will offer first hand insight into acquisition, permitting, financing, construction, sales and more.

Candidate will have an interest in the real estate industry and be a motivated, outgoing, self starter who is eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
Researching and sourcing various products and materials

Researching potential acquisition sites

Other various administrative tasks

Qualifications:
Real Estate knowledge

Ability to multitask

Strong organizational skills

Attention to detail

Extraordinary research and analysis abilities

Basic understanding of real estate terms and concepts
