Real Estate Broker Assistant and Transaction Coordinator

Our boutique Westside Real Estate firm is seeking a licensed full time or part time real estate broker office assistant / Transaction coordinator.

Our firm mainly does residential; however, one third of our business is residential income as well as commercial.

Ideal candidate has either a TC and or business development (marketing) background in Real Estate.

Candidates with both who are licensed with CAL BRE will be put on top of the list.

Responsibilities:

In addition to answering phones, filing and basic clerical things, we need a candidate who can

make sure the transaction runs smoothly from start to finish.

1)Look up properties on themls.com as well as loopnet.

2)Calculate CAP, GRM and doing CMA.

3)Email prospective clients the “good deals”

4) Write Offers (Residential as well as Residential Income)

5) Upon acceptance make sure all disclosures are fully executed in a timely mannerand cal bre laws are fully met.

Misc.

Assist broker with showings and open houses

Assist broker with prospecting and CRM input and management.

Assist broker with various marketing campaigns (print, social media, and mailers)

Assist broker with light bookkeeping

Assist broker with pricing loans using various pricers and helping outside Processors obtain the initial documentation that they need so they can pre-underwrite the loan file as well as generate initial loan disclosures.

Qualities needed:

We are fast paced environment.

You must be able to multi task and be a go-getter.

Creative with with Excel, word, paint, power point and publisher

Be familiar with themls.com, loopnet.com, winforms, DocuSign and digital Ink

Be a leader as well as a follower

Minimum a high school degree, college graduates are preferred.
