DLA Piper is seeking attorneys to join its Real Estate Group. We will consider qualified candidates interested in working from our Boston, Baltimore, Washington DC, Raleigh, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Austin, Chicago, Dallas or Reston offices. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-6 years of experience drafting closing documents, leases, and Purchase and Sale Agreements; reviewing title, survey and zoning reports and other due diligence; and preparing lease abstracts. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. The ability to multi-task and prioritize is also essential. We prefer candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools. This is a non-partnership track position and qualified candidates who are interested in working part-time will be considered.
