POSITION We’re seeking a highly motivated Cannabis Real Estate-Entry Level Runner to immediately join our Real Estate Expansion team!
Our Team focuses entirely on purchasing and leasing retail properties for Cannabis Dispensaries throughout America.
Full time position to assist in areas of real estate research including canvassing the market for viable properties for our clients through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
We will train you to source cannabis eligible properties.
*RESPONSIBILITIES * Source and lock down cannabis eligible properties * Gather market information, research and conduct analysis to locate eligible properties * Collect and verify comparable, demographics, market area analysis, etc.
* Assist Team in the execution of daily tasks.
* Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in company databases QUALIFICATIONS * Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Highly professional presence (including phone and email), strong relationship builder and value an entrepreneurial environment.
* Analytical and a creative problem solver.
* Self-starter, who is reliable, and gets things done as efficiently as possible.
* Strong PC or Mac skills (Microsoft Office & Excel) with the ability to use best industry technology to obtain latest market research, historical information, and trends.
* Quick learner, receptive and adaptive to constructive criticism and direction.
* Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in company databases.
* Enjoys talking to people and provides efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients.
* Commercial Real Estate Experience preferred.
EDUCATION * Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
