A very successful Real Estate team in the Silicon Beach area is seeking a full time showing agent/assistant to help with showings, keeping appointments on time, and staying in touch with clients. Must have a valid real estate license and be a highly motivated self-starter happy to work weekend open houses. Important qualities: a team player who enjoys camaraderie, enjoys working with people and values being on time. Must have car. Base salary bonus compensation is based on experience. Compensation: $13 – $15 hourly Responsibilities: Help with showings Keeping appointments on time, and staying in touch with clients Prepare CMAs Oversee inspections Qualifications: Previous real estate assistant prefered Must have real estate license Must be able to work during the weekend Strong interpersonal skills and highly detail-oriented Must have their own transportation About Company We are a rapidly expanding team that feels more like a family.
