A Day In The Life On any given day, you will use your problem-solving skills to tackle the challenges in front of you while clearing away distractions so your team can focus on generating new business and closing sales. You will be the glue that holds it all together Administrative Support: You will provide an executive level of administrative support to the lead agent, which includes but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, travel arrangements, task management, and holding your agent accountable for following up on leads. You will also oversee the team calendar and be responsible for various reports. In addition, you will provide a concierge level of customer service and serve as the first point of contact for clients. Systems Support: You will play an essential part in continuing to build the business. You will maintain and streamline existing systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business. You will take ownership of the contact database, nurture its growth, and use it to hold your agents accountable for following up on leads. Manage Deal Flow : You will project-manage all transactions from Listing Appointment to Close. This includes preparing your agent for listing appointments, preparing CMA’s, establishing property searches, overseeing the pre-listing prep and marketing process with the marketing manager, scheduling showings, helping prepare for open houses, assisting the agents with providing seller feedback, and managing all paperwork. In addition, you will work with the transaction coordinator during the contract-to-close process. Experience You know your strengths are in supporting others and have 2 or more years of experience supporting a real estate agent or team, or you have supported a small business owner and enjoy wearing multiple hats. (Real estate experience is not required, but strong administrative skills are essential.) You are open to obtaining a real estate license to support your team, not to sell real estate. The Details Salary: $80k – $100k based on experience, plus bonus. Benefits: Vacation, mileage reimbursement Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs, Monday-Friday (In Office); flexibility on the evenings and weekends, and holidays (Easter and Halloween) required depending on the needs of the business. (Responding to emails/calls/texts with acknowledgment as needed) Location: Pasadena, CA. You should live within a 30-minute commute of Pasadena, CA, and you MUST have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
