WLM Financial provides the loan processing required to finance individuals. **Essential Job Duties** * Meeting with clients and presenting proposals. * Reviewing contracts; including but not limited to representation and purchase agreements. * Coordinating with escrow officers. **Requirements & Qualifications: ** * Proactive, ethical, and creative thinker who is willing to contribute ideas. * Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work under pressure. * Must be versatile and flexible in making last minute adjustments to work requests. * Ability to operate a computer and possess advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook. * Must be willing to learn and become proficient with in-house Real Estate Software programs. * Must be able to type fast. * Must be comfortable on the phone and making a lot of business calls daily.
