One of our small law firm clients needs a commercial real estate counsel to assist with drafting and reviewing leases. This attorney should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate. The attorney will also be required to draft letters of intent, and conduct due diligence. Commercial real estate experience representing tenants, ideally in the retail space, is much preferred.
