As a talent acquisition specialist you will get to work closely with an amazing group of personable HR professionals and operations management professionals, while doing meaningful work which will have an impact on patient’s lives.

This position will be based in Southern CA, but will require occasional travel for events and/or to our locations in California.

Remote Options are available.Primary Responsibilities:Have a robust and detailed awareness of market site locations, administrative offices and regionally remote hiring needsHave a robust familiarity with market conditions impacting hiring within your assigned regionDevelop an effective and responsive communication pathway with local hiring managers in order to ensure prompt and timely communication with candidatesDevelop, generate, and post advertisement communication for job requisitions through job posting resources and social media outletsIdentify and source candidatesDevelop relationships with hiring resources within the region and market (not an exhaustive list): Vocational schools, Community Colleges, Colleges and University outplacement programs, ROP programs, Former military hiring programs, and Diversity hiring outplacement programs.Attend job fairs and work to foster positive community awareness of RadnetDevelop and maintain a candidate base through ongoing, targeted communication and engagementDevelop offer letters consistent with salary parameters outlined in the requisitionsConduct background screenings and any legally required follow up with candidate and HR/Legal on issues arising from findingsMaintain awareness of partner market needs and issues in order to provide support for, or referral of, candidates outside of assigned regionProactively identify sourcing challenges and communicate with regional leadership and recruitment manager to explore options and solutionsProvide timely feedback where challenges arise (with hiring managers, systems, or other) and offer suggestions/solutions to leadershipTravel as needed to events, and our centers within California (approximately 15% travel).Participate in projects, trainings, and/or meetings as needed.
