Posting Description: Aon is looking for a Quantitative Analyst Responsibilities: A Quantitative Analyst uses technical, analytical, and communication skills to support senior members in the execution and production of all internal and external client deliverablesMaintain a high level of competence on all analytical models/systems used within investment structure teamMaintain familiarity with Aon investment beliefs and advisory positions on various topicsAssist with the production of asset allocation studies, portfolio structure reviews, quantitative analytics, and other ad-hoc projectsDevelop and maintain investment collateral supporting various team deliverablesExhibits a keen attention to detail and ensures accurate and high-quality deliverablesManages multiple/concurrent projects and deadlinesReviews and finalizes work submitted by junior colleagues Qualifications: Outstanding technical and analytical skillsAccuracy and attention to detailExcellent understanding of finance theory and investmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office and specific software packages (e.g., Style Research, Bloomberg, eVestment, Bloomberg Barclays Capital Live, etc.)Ability to work independently and within a team environment on a variety of projects, receive instructions from a number of people, and meet project deadlinesAdvanced writing and communication skills desiredBachelor’s degree in relevant area (e.g., business, finance, economics)Encouraged to be working toward relevant advanced degree and/or CFA and/or Quant credentials2 years of investment space experience We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
