External Job Description Test, inspect, package and label in process and finished products as designated.
Perform visual inspection as per customer requirement and/or per Nordson MEDICAL standard.
Communicate (if any) required adjustment to production operators and supervisor based on measurement tests and visual inspection results.
Document inspection results into quality database according to procedures and work instructions.
Perform Melt Flow testing as designated.
Test and inspect incoming raw materials as designated.
Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, report any non-working or out of calibration equipment to Quality supervision or compliance coordinator.
Assist with training for new and/or existing Quality Assurance Technicians.
Perform other duties as required by quality management including but not limited to rework, filing, special testing etc.
Verify labels and documentation as designated.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
