ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Contract Administrator (Quality Control Specialist) you will perform compliance reviews of all loan documents for accuracy and completeness to verify that all loan stipulations have been met.
You are the final ‘stamp of approval’ to release funds to our customers.
This position is based in Los Angeles, CA and is not a fully-remote work opportunity.

QUALITY CONTROL JOB DUTIES:
* Ensure contracts are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
* Generate loan contracts and accompanying documents.
* Coordinate appointment times between borrowers and partner stores to fund loans.
* Monitor aging approvals to ensure loan documents are received in a timely fashion.
* Speak to borrowers, external lending partners, marketing representatives, and internal employees on the status of loans.
Resolve customer complaints and complex issues as needed.
* Prepare loan files for final disposition including all DMV paperwork.
* Communicate final approval to Accounts Payable department for final loan disbursement.
* Record and follow up with exceptions and challenging loan files.
* Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Previous Call Center or Customer Relations experience
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* High School Diploma
* Given that this position deals with contracts, the ability to work full time at the corporate office is required.
* Previous experience preparing Direct Loan documents is highly desirable.
